Cole Phillips is a video game director, designer and artist. He was a production artist and in charge of sprite capture on the first Shantae game.

Career[]
Cole Phillips has worked as a designer, artist and director at WayForward from 2000 to 2008, during which time he worked on several titles including Shantae, on which he served as a production artist and was one of the people in charge of sprite capture. He then left to join 5th Cell as a senior level designer, before leaving the studio in mid-2013 and joined Signal Studios in January 2014 as a designer.[1]
