The Ammonian Army is the personal army of the Ammo Baron and assist him in his conquest of conquering all of Sequin Land. Their base is in the Baron Desert.

Risky's Revenge[]
The Ammonian Army is found in the Baron Desert. They spend the entire game planning their army's next moves out in the dunes. Ammo Baron happily welcomes Shantae into his army after she gives him the deed to Scuttle Town, and gives her directions to the Battle Tower, which is run by Barracuda Joe and contains the second Magic Seal.
Pirate's Curse[]
The game opens with the Ammo Baron making good on his ownership of Scuttle Town and sending in his army. Shantae fights her way through them and ultimately faces down the Ammo Baron himself, piloting his prized tank. After defeating him, Shantae ends up in legal trouble with the Sequin Land Palace guards for attacking him, as he is the town's rightful owner.
Throughout the game, the Ammonian Army can be seen making modifications to Scuttle Town, reinforcing the entire thing with steel and cannons. The cannon on the far east side of town ends up being instrumental to Shantae reaching the Abandoned Factory, as well as being an integral part of The Pirate Master's downfall.
Twitch and Vinegar can be found on Saliva Island, taking a vacation. Later, they lurk by the Sequin Land Palace, waiting on Brandon's transformation sequence into Bran-Son before they'll get back to work.
Barracuda Joe attempts to start a relationship with Sky, but is ultimately killed by Sky's father cursing him with an artifact he's dug up on a recent expedition. Shantae ends up retrieving his soul from the Village of Lost Souls, after which he immediately breaks up with Sky and gets back to working for the Ammo Baron.
Ultimately, the Ammonian Army is run out of town during the good ending of Pirate's Curse. Shantae gets her magic back, uses her wish-granting powers to restore Scuttle Town to its former state, and spooks the Ammo Baron with some proper pirate-talk, resulting in him and his army fleeing.
Shantae:Half Genie Hero[]
The Ammonian Army have a huge fleet of airships, and wear Magic Carpet Uniforms made of stolen Magic Carpets for Ammo Baron's plan for conquest. Shantae defeats them.
