Rottytops normally dresses casually with a hint of haunted flair. However, over the course of the series, she's turned into quite a fashionista, and enjoys showing off whenever she gets a new outfit.

Rottytops's standard outfit comprises of a purple tank-top with the portion covering her midriff ripped off, a pair of navy blue Daisy Dukes styled short shorts with a skull shaped belt buckle, a pair of matching skull earrings, a yellow headband, and a pair of brown leather boots with purple socks poking out from the top.

Snake Princess Attire

Rottytops follows Shantae to Tan Line Island for fun. Out of all the girls put into the "Snake Princess" outfit, she's the only one who enjoys it, and is thrilled that she and Shantae have matching costumes. After Shantae frees her, she insists that she's going to keep the outfit.

Half-Genie Hero 

	This new costume for Rottytops, The Pit Crew outfit, debuts in Half-Genie Hero. She wears a yellow headband skull headset, a checkered bandeau, a red jacket tied around her waist, grey sweatpants, yellow gloves, and red and yellow sneakers.
	The Space Hooligan outfit, debuts in Half-Genie Hero's Officer Mode DLC. She wears a yellow headband, but contains missing attachments on her wardrobe such as skulls or used shorts. This theme is only available as a collectable whenever Shantae is clearing a mission.
	Appearing in the Speedrun and 100% Speedrun endings for Half-Genie Hero's Friends To The End mode, Rottytops alongside Sky and/or Bolo in their swimsuits. Rottytops wears an orange and white bikini with a halter-styled top, and skull beads on the sides of her bottoms.

Trivia

• Rotty's standard overall design has changed the least among the core Shantae cast.
• During the Half-Genie Hero kickstarter, Rotty's Pit Crew outfit was voted on by fans. There were two polls run for the outfit: a choice of 4 different headsets/hats, and a choice of 9 overall outfits. Head number "4" and Body Letter "D" were chosen, resulting in the Pit Crew outfit seen in-game.
