Larry Holdaway.

Larry P. Holdaway is a programmer, artist, photograph and musician. He has worked at WayForward Technologies on several titles, performed additional programming on both Shantae and Shantae: Risky's Revenge and was a lead programmer on Shantae and the Pirate's Curse.

Studies

Larry Holdaway studied music composition at the College of the Canyons, from where he graduated in 1994, and at the California Institute of the Arts in fine art[1] from 2006 to 2008.[2]

Career

Holdaway worked from 1995 to 1997 at Weltronics Corp. as a software and technical design engineer, and then joined WayForward Technologies in 1999.[2] There he worked as a programmer, designer, artist and animator on several titles, including Shantae and Shantae: Risky's Revenge as an additional programmer and Shantae and the Pirate's Curse as a lead programmer.[3] In 2010, he briefly left WayForward to join You Rock Digital as a software engineer[2] before coming back to WayForward in 2011.[4]

Holdaway is also a musician and photograph, among other artistic activities.[5]
