The Friends till the End DLC gives Sky a new voice, Karen Strassman. She was Anna in Fire Emblem.

In the Officer Costume DLC, Sky is one of the five Space Hooligans Shantae needs to round up in each stage. For her appearance, Sky keeps her earrings but wears black boots, a black skirt, a navy blue and white striped tube-top, black iron bracelets and a ball and chain around her right ankle. Also, apparently she chopped off her hair to make her look like one of the Space Hooligans, by having it reach her neck. It's a mix of Sky's hairstyle with that of Hooligan Sister D.
